Seventeen Freebies?

I’ve been trying to enter into getting free stuff online from Seventeen Freebies….for the codeword im putting in the one in red under the picture…but it says its the wrong one. Which its the right one (if that makes sense)
So i was wondering if there is a special way you have to do it; like add in a number or something?
